Be a Catalyst for Restoring Vision at Eye Bank Society of Rajasthan

We are seeking a passionate and driven Assistant Manager to join our team and contribute to our life-changing mission of providing the gift of sight through corneal transplants. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in managing our Awareness and Hospital Cornea Recovery Programs, ensuring that we can reach more individuals in need and transform their lives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of Eye Donation Counselors/Technicians, providing guidance, training, and professional development opportunities to foster their growth.

• Champion our hospital relationships, fostering strong connections with medical staff to increase timely notification of potential donors and facilitate compassionate donor family counseling.

• Spearhead the expansion of our hospital network, identifying and onboarding new partner facilities to amplify our impact and reach more communities in need.

• Collaborate closely with the Senior Manager, providing comprehensive data and reports to drive informed decision-making and measure our success.

• Embody our organizational values of empathy, resilience, and commitment to continuous learning, promoting our mission and vision through your actions and interactions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher (MBA/MSW/Eye Banking experience preferred)

• 4-5 years of line management experience, ideally in the healthcare sector

• Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English and Hindi

• Proficient in computer applications (email, spreadsheets, word processing, online data entry)

• Unquestionable ethics, integrity, and a passionate affirmation of intent to be an organ/tissue/eye donor
