Post Name: Female Case worker / Child Welfare Officer

Duty Hours: 8 Hrs.

Candidate should be a female person

Qualification: Master of Social Work

Experience: Minimum 4 years experience in child protection project

Roles & Responsibilities

1) Prepare case history, of newly enrolled children, update the case history of existing children.

2) Prepare individual care plan of all children in monthly basis.

3) Prepare family assessment of newly enrolled children and update the same of existing children.

4) Intervening in crisis situations and initiating immediate protection action, as required, which may include movement of children at risk to a place of safety as mandated by the Juvenile Justice Act.

5) Advocacy and networking with stakeholders, community, and Govt. officials.

6) Prepare Coordinate all restoration of children; ensure follow up visits for all restored children.

7) Regular visit to CWC for ensuring legal decorum of all children.

8) Regular home visits, networking visits with stakeholders.

9) Take care of academic, daily activities and monitoring development milestones of all children and in order to ensure their care plan.

10) Meet and coordinate with all care givers and other staff of home in order to ensure care and protection of all children.

11) Assist the home Coordinator in all activities related with child care & protection

12) Maintain homely atmosphere of love, affection, care, development and welfare for children, maintaining minimum standards of care in the home.

13) MIS update, Conduct & participate in meetings (CCM, HMC, Parent’s & Safe guard committee meeting), updates registers.

Salary: 16 K per month
