Job Title: Mobiliser

Location: Solapur, Maharashtra

Salary: INR 15,000 per month

Responsibilities:

Identify and engage with potential program participants through community outreach activities, including door-to-door campaigns, local events, and community meetings.

Educate individuals about the benefits of our programs and services, answering any questions they may have.

Build and maintain strong relationships with community members, local organizations, and stakeholders to promote program awareness and participation.

Assist interested individuals in completing program applications and provide guidance throughout the enrollment process.

Collaborate with team members to develop and implement effective outreach strategies to reach target populations.

Collect and maintain accurate data on outreach activities and participant demographics.

Requirements:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong networking abilities and the confidence to engage with diverse audiences.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Basic computer skills for data entry and reporting purposes.

Prior experience in community outreach, sales, or customer service preferred but not required.

Knowledge of local community resources and networks is a plus.

Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
