Reponsibilities:

Spearheaded blended learning and mixed-age classrooms to foster dynamic educational environments, nurturing academic excellence and character development.

Drive collaboration with researchers, and designers to craft and enhance an innovative educational model, setting new standards in school education.

Lead comprehensive planning efforts to optimize learning outcomes and holistic development.

Actively participate in teacher training programs and other professional development initiatives, contributing expertise and insights to enhance educational practices.

Conduct need-based community visits to forge deeper connections and gain invaluable insights into the diverse contexts of our students, informing tailored approaches to support their growth and success.

Requirements :

The minimum qualification should be graduation

It is good to have at least 2 years of experience in teaching

Previous experience with developing and implementing project-based learning activities and integrating educational technology will be preferred.
