Position Overview:
The Finance Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing the financial aspects of the organization, including foreign and domestic CSR grant and commercial management, bank account reconciliation, GST and TDS return filing, cash flow management, account analysis, and financial reporting. The role will involve working closely with the management team and donor agencies to ensure compliance with financial regulations and efficient financial operations.
Compensation: Rs 40,000 to Rs 50,000 (Commensurate with relevant experience)
Responsibilities:
1. Manage foreign and domestic CSR grants and commercial activities.
2. Reconcile bank accounts, file GST and TDS returns, and oversee inward and outward bank remittance.
3. Prepare documentation of grant expenses outside India for submission to CBDT.
4. Prepare balance sheets, receipt and payment accounts, and cash flow statements.
5. Analyze accounts, including profit and loss statements.
6. Manage employee PF and ESIC.
7. Prepare purchase order documents.
8. Monitor and supervise accounting work at head office and field center branches.
9. Keep management informed of the organization's financial position.
10. Prepare financial documents for management and donor agencies.
11. Assist in budget preparation.
12. Manage account records and receipts.
13. Reconcile daily, monthly, quarterly, and yearly transactions.
14. Manage organization stock inventory.
15. Process payment vouchers and invoices/bills.
16. Ensure financial legal compliance
17. Ensure accounting work is done according to organizational policies.
18. Hold quarterly financial audit review meetings.
19. Prepare monthly records of accounts payable and accounts receivable.
20. Update internal accounts systems with financial data.
21. Respond to financial-related emails or correspondence promptly.
22. Make daily online payments and inform management of new grant donations.
23. Manage the Public Finance Management System (PFMS).
24. Have knowledge of Tally Prime, MS Suite applications, and basic SAP.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in financial management, preferably in a non-profit organization.
3. Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and accounting software like Tally Prime.
5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
6. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
7. Ability to work independently and in a team.
8. Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
9. Knowledge of SAP (basic) is preferred.
