Job Description

FPO Manager will be mainly responsible for providing technical guidance and expertise to the FPO and support them in the business development plan formulation and implementation.

Job Responsibilities:

• To organize and conduct training for FPO.

• To find scope and liaison for market linkage opportunities for FPO.

• To manage regular project operations and contribute towards project planning under guidance from the project team.

• To collect data/insights from the field at regular intervals from different stakeholders and sharing them with the project team.

• Liaising with different stakeholders in coordination with the FPO.

• To facilitate membership of all project farmers in the FPO.

• Facilitate implementation of FPO capacity building activities.

• Develop and submit monthly reports on FPO activities.

• Assist in fulfilling the legal compliances

• Any other project related tasks as required.

Eligibility-

• Bachelor/Master/Management in Agri/allied/social Work or a related field

• years of relevant work experience in the agriculture sector

• Familiarity with the concept and functioning of Farmer Producer Organizations (FPOs) or agricultural cooperatives

Remuneration- 21000/- (Monthly which includes travel cost as well.)
