Role Details:

01. Role: Associate/Executive -Resource Mobilization and Partnership

02. Location: Mumbai

03. Reporting: Chief Executive Officer

Job Responsibility:

You will be responsible for the following-

• Developing leads for corporate & institutional partnerships to meet the organization's objectives.

• Providing support in creating a donor database

• Working with various internal teams like Program, Finance, and Operations and taking the lead in submitting due diligence requirements and proposals for new projects.

• Ensuring documentation of all donor correspondence & maintaining all the necessary records and data.

• Coordinating donor visits and accompanying them to the field locations.

• Representing the organization in networking meetings, events, and special programs organized by several organizations and external institutions related to resource mobilization.

• Providing Support in managing donor relations by contributing to the preparations of donor reports

• Any other tasks related to fundraising as assigned from time to time.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Social Science, Business Communication, Marketing, Public Relations or a related field.

• A minimum of 3-5 years of demonstrated experience in sales or fund-raising for non-profits. A proven track record of fundraising from major donors, corporations, and foundations.

• Proven written and spoken English competence, good writing and editorial skills.

• Proven skills in developing and writing successful funding proposals

• Have an energetic, confident presenter who can engage people and get them to commit to funding or partnering with FAWE.

• Strong organizational and time management skills. Has strong networking skills and excellent interpersonal relationship skills
