Job Description

Master’s Degree or PG Diploma specialized in Human Resource management . Minimum 10 years of relevant experience Proven experience and demonstrated effectiveness in the Portfolio to be Managed – Performance management, Training & Recruitment.

Leadership and People management skills.
Effective oral and written communication skills with exceptional attention to details.
Good orientation in use of MS Office suite for communication, reporting and presentations.
Effective use of management techniques for efficient and effective use of resources.
Ability to interact with people of all ages and cultural backgrounds.
Strong planning, supervisory, and management skills.
Work well independently as well as part of a team.
Adept in use of Technology

Networking and Stake Holder Management Skills-Relationship Management
Compliance- Ability to audit and monitor quality of outputs.
Good orientation on finance.
Knowledge of current hiring market, performed appraisal systems & recruitment protocols
Familiarity with job boards, HR database management systems use of social media.

-Willing to travel across the state.
