Job description
Roles and Responsibilities:

Work with the Program Director to oversee the effective management of the program.
Oversee the operation and monitoring of the program activities
Implement our program activities in absence of the community staff to ensure seamless workflow.
Develop SOPs and other tools required to efficiently plan and implement the project
Responsible for the program development as per the work plan and the needs of the beneficiaries
Provide technical support and supervision on efficient and effective implementation of assigned projects
Manage project teams to ensure delivery of agreed deliverables, plans, and strategies as per the organization's standards
Ensure project activities are on track, including developing and implementing solutions as necessary
Conduct capacity building for project staff and/or NGO partners as required
Facilitate team building and cohesive working amongst team members
Review and support elaboration of project documents and reports
Build and nurture effective working relationships with the local authorities and other partners
Interact with various donors as well as plan and organize activities whenever requested

Required Qualification:

Any graduate or a Post Graduate (B.Com/B.A,MBA/MSW).
4+ years of experience in a supervisory role.
Stakeholder management and ability to handle projects with minimal supervision
Advanced Excel skills for data lookup, validations, and formulae.
Good Presentation skills & communication skills.
Language proficiency in English and conversational Kannada and Hindi preferable.
