Type of Position: Full-time
Days and Timings: Monday to Saturday- 8:30am to 4:30 pm (Alternate Saturdays Off)
About Us:
A registered Trust, Ek Tara began its journey in 2011 with a small group of marginalised children and women in the slums of Topsia and Tiljala with a vision to provide high-quality holistic education and livelihood skills to enable positive community transformation. The Ek Tara Learning Centre runs academic, co-curricular and parental engagement activities for close to 950 children. We also are working with KMC schools to create model learning environments.
General Description:
Understanding of various parts of a curriculum. Create documentation of SOP, MoMs of meetings, learning materials, and TLMs. Collaborate with various internal team members.
Work Experience Requirements:
Worked as a teacher for 1-2 years.
Experience in the publishing industry preferred.
Worked with curriculum work for 1+ years.
Education Requirements:
Graduate in any field (B.Ed prefered)

Assessment for remedial and regular program
Creation and review of assessment papers
Data collection and entry
NCERT Progression
Update progression
Breaking down Learning Outcomes for ELC Primary and Middle School
NIOS curriculum
Update progression
Ek Tara Resource Centre - KMC and other partnership programs
Update curriculum
Creation of kits, module and trainings
Implementation of student mentorship programs
Core subject teams/departments
Review and documentation for subject level activities
Interdisciplinary Sessions
Documentation of sessions
Documentation of collaboration with external organization (eg. CSPathshala, We Can, BYJU’s, etc.)
Review teachers’ and students’ MUN

Renumeration: 2.4 - 2.7 L per annum
