Job Description

Key Roles of program manager:
· Provide leadership to project implementation activities in closely working with CMHO, RCHO, DPM, WCD and project’s principal recipient
· Engage with key stakeholders who include the State PMU and the State/District Officials.
· Represent Dhara Sansthan in any key district/City level Covid19 Vaccination meetings/Trainings
· Provide strategy to field level staff and ensure they achieve targets
· Report on field level activities and achievement on a periodic basis as and when required by Dhara Sansthan and the PR
· Facilitate Covid19 awareness programs on district and block level

Key Roles of District Coordinator:
· Develop of strategy for program implementation and operational support for project
· Provide hand-holding and carry out team building activities
· Provide Review and monitoring support for project deliverables for allocated Block Coordinators and Community Mobilizers
· Carry out monitoring visits to validate randomly reported data from the field with division of Block Coordinators and Community Mobilizers
· Carry out monthly review of field staff and report the observations to designated project supervisors
· Plan for personnel requirements including training along with Supervisor and coordinate HR matters
• Team development and enhanced program performance.
