Project Location: Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu

ARCH (Advanced Resource Centre for Humanitarian) Development Foundation is a non-profit organization (registered as Section 8) located in Vadodara working towards development activities mainly focused on education, women empowerment, skill and livelihood and financial literacy to name a few. About the Program:
Project Joy of Learning focuses on providing quality education to the students studying in government-aided schools. It aims to create an eco-system in the school encouraging holistic development of children. The focus areas of the program are:
• Improving the learning level efficiency of students.
• Promotion of activity-based learning
• Engaging students through different events & competitions throughout the year
• Conducting expert-based workshops & trainings for students & teachers
• Work in coordination with education & government officials to provide support to the project.

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and work with schools & community covered under the project.
• Assist the immediate supervisor in timely execution of the programmatic activities on the field.
• Developing monthly planning and execution of the activities.
• Support the project associate in reporting & documentation.
• Any other responsibilities that may be assigned to you by your line manager.

Qualification:
Graduate/Post-Graduate in social work or any other relevant field.

Experience:
Freshers or maximum 1 year of experience in the development sector.

Required Skills and Competencies:
• Strong hold on Tamil language (read, write & speak)& proficient English (read, write & speak) is a compulsion.
• Ability to work with children & community under education project & community development.
• Willingness to undertake field travel
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Function as a team player
• Ability to meet the reporting deadlines

Position Availability: Immediate

Salary: The salary shall be commensurate with the experience.
