Jal Bhagirathi Foundation and Khetri Trust is managed by the same Chief Functionaries. The Executive Coordinator will take overall responsibility of his/her duties in both the Trusts.

Khetri Trust is a Testamentary Trust established in 1987 by the Late Raja Bahadhur Sardar Singh of Khetri has a large portfolio of high value properties, the proceeds from which are used in the promotion of education for marginalised and underprivileged children.www.khetritrust.org

Job Summary

The candidate must be a self-driven individual comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with broad generalist responsibilities. He/she should be a highly motivated with focus on output-based performance and willing to work under pressure.

Scope of Work

Functioning as a central point of contact for the Trusts and managing of internal and external communication.
Preparing and facilitating meetings, managing agendas, circulating meeting documents and ensuring decisions taken are implemented efficiently.
Tracking deliverables and ensuring timely completion of all targets in the projects and all other activities.
Logistics management and administrative support to the Managing Trustee for smooth functioning of all the Trust Activities.
Vendor management and processing of high value purchases and expenses.
Recruitment of staff and related Human Resource Development.

Desired Candidate Profile

The candidate should be a Graduate/post-graduate from a reputed University in Humanities including subjects such as: History, Political Science, Economics, Geography, Sociology, language, literature, Psychology, Maths, Legal Studies, Fine Arts, Management and Media Studies.
Though candidates with 5-8 years management experience will be preferred but young professionals with a strong commitment to build a career through hard work and learning are welcome to apply.
Candidates must have excellent writing and communication skills in English with strong documentation and writing abilities. High level of general awareness and knowledge of current affairs will be preferred.
The person should be an independent worker and should have the ability to provide a focused output to innovate and conceptualise new ideas.

Remuneration

Budgeted consolidated remuneration is on a scale of Rs.6 to 12 lacs per annum, entirely depending on evaluation of the candidate’s potential, qualification, experience, and job retention ability.
