Job Description

1) Oversee all program activities and be the main contact point.
2) Ensure project activities comply with the policies and regulations.
3) Responsible for overseeing the development and execution of project deliverables,lead project planning, budgeting, action plan and monitoring process.
4) Responsible for submitting activity reports, meeting minutes and financial report on regular basis to the reporting authority.
5) Lead and motivate the project team; monitor project activities and project expenditure; co-ordinate work with consultants and volunteers in the project.

Requirments and Skills:
1) Minimum Experience of 2 years.
2) Master/ Post Graduate in Social Work/ Rural Development.
3) Computer proficiency with specific familiarity with MS Office Software.
4) Fluency in English and Hindi.
5) Strong project management and donor management skill.

Remuneration:
Commensurate with experience.
