Job Description

IIFL Foundation is looking for District supervisors for one of the educational project in east & west side of Rajasthan.

Key Responsibilities:
Monitor the progress of projects in the field in accordance with objectives.
Regular field visit at Govt schools.
Making narrative & financial progress reports of the projects.
Managing prompt and effective communication with the senior leadership and implementation partners.
Provide overall operational support in the designated project locations.
Make visit and project progress report & share with senior leadership.

Education and Experience:
Graduate/Post Graduate degree in social work or any other relevant stream.
Minimum 2 years experience in development/education sector.
Language and Skills
Excellent oral and written communication skill in English and Hindi.
Working knowledge of local dialects/languages is desirable
Adequate knowledge of MS-office i.e., Word, excel, PPT etc; also, knowledge of using mobile applications.
