Job Description

JOB PURPOSE: To provide training to students who want to pursue a career as Secretary's or Personal Assistants

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: 

To develop training Materials

Design training curriculum, modules, and materials tailored to the needs of students who want to pursue their careers as secretaries and personal assistants.

Create engaging presentations, handouts, and exercises to facilitate learning and skill development.

Incorporate best practices, case studies, and real-world scenarios into training content.

Deliver Training Sessions:

Conduct  training sessions for groups of students who are looking for a career as  secretaries and personal assistants.

Facilitate interactive discussions, role-plays, and exercises to reinforce learning objectives.

Adapt training delivery methods to accommodate different learning styles and preferences.

Ensure that training sessions are engaging, informative, and aligned with organizational goals.

Provide Class Coaching:

Maintaining to support the professional development of participants 

Provide personalized feedback, guidance, and support to address individual learning needs and challenges.

Assist participants in setting and achieving professional development goals.
