About Ritinjali:

Ritinjali has been at the forefront of education and skill development initiatives since 1995, striving to offer disadvantaged communities access to a better life. Our endeavors span various initiatives aimed at nurturing potential and unlocking opportunities for those we serve.

Project Sashakt:

Under Project Sashakt, we aim to craft individual education and skill plans for 80 young women over two years. This dynamic, results-driven program seeks to empower urban disadvantaged women aged 18 to 24, helping them to realize their dreams and ambitions.

The Role:

We are looking for a Programme Manager to lead Project Sashakt. This individual will be instrumental in mobilizing resources, coordinating with education partners, and steering the project towards its successful implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mobilize program initiatives targeting educational and skill development for young women in slum communities.

Coordinate with education partners for seamless collaboration and effective program execution.

Develop project timelines, adhering to them meticulously to meet milestones.

Maintain a well-organized system for program activities, documentation, and reporting.

Communicate effectively with all stakeholders to provide transparent updates on project progress.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master's degree preferred.

Proven experience in program management, especially in education and skill development.

Exceptional organizational and time management skills.

Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

Experience working collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.

Proficiency in project management tools and software.
