Key Deliverables:
• Maximize Direct Child Beneficiaries: Ensure that the CCCD program directly benefits the maximum number of children through strategic interventions.
• Expand Indirect Child Impact: Broaden the program's influence to indirectly enhance the lives of a wider population of children through comprehensive community initiatives.
• Increase Family Benefits: Expand the program’s reach to increase the number of families receiving direct benefits from CCCD services.
• Empower Women (18+): Strengthen the program’s focus on improving women’s livelihoods, offering counselling, and providing skill training opportunities.
• Facilitate Livelihood Enhancement: Implement targeted interventions that significantly improve the livelihoods of families participating in the program.
• Supervise Full-Time Team: Provide effective oversight of the full-time team, ensuring their clear understanding and achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Manage Part-Time Team: Oversee part-time team members, ensuring alignment with, and fulfilment of, program KPIs.
• Mobilize In-Kind Resources: Lead efforts to mobilize in-kind resources that support program operations and directly benefit the target population.
• Drive Fundraising Initiatives: Spearhead fundraising activities to meet or exceed the financial requirements essential for the continuation and expansion of the CCCD program.
• Document and Promote Success Stories: Ensure the documentation and promotion of program success stories via YouTube and other platforms to enhance the program’s visibility and impact.
• Maintain Partner Relationships: Sustain and strengthen collaborative relationships with existing partners who support the CCCD program.
• Identify and Engage New Partners: Identify and actively engage potential new partners to secure additional support for the CCCD program.
• Ensure Accurate Hardcopy Record Maintenance: Oversee the proper maintenance and regular verification of all hardcopy registers by the program team.
• Oversee Softcopy Record Management: Ensure the accurate maintenance and verification of all softcopy files by the team, ensuring compliance with program standards.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, especially in excel, word, PowerPoint and Google Drive etc.
• Multi-project management skills, adhering to timelines and performing under pressure to achieve the targets.
• Leadership, team management, proactive, strong work ethics, decision making, interpersonal and good PR.
• Knowledge of Gantt Chart, log frame and Odisha (geographical/ political/ social).
• Fluent in English, Hindi and Odia.
• good knowledge of techniques for planning, monitoring and controlling programmes.
• good understanding of the procurement process including negotiation with third parties.
• good knowledge of budgeting and resource allocation procedures.
