Position-Project Leader cum Liaison Officer

Qualification-Graduate in any discipline

Experience-3-4 years

Skills required: Managing a community health project or any development project in partnership with Govt, as a supervisory role

HPPI is currently looking for a qualified full-time Project Leader cum Liaison Officer to join our dynamic team in Gurgaon, Haryana for a 3-year health system strengthening project focusing on communicable and non-communicable diseases. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in health projects and be capable of providing team support in the day-to-day implementation of the project.

The candidate should also possess knowledge of health awareness, various health services, patient screening, referrals, and public health program implementation. This position will play a key role in accelerating health-seeking behaviors and community demand, as well as collaborating with frontline workers to ensure the delivery of quality and regular services and improved services.

Roles and responsibilities: -

• Overall responsible for project management and its deliverables at the field level.

• Promote awareness about communication and non-communicable disease among the community and mobilize them to access to the health facilities.

• Handholding support to the project team.

• Liaising with the local stakeholders and PHCs

• Coordinate with PHC/UPHC for organizing health camps, OPD and screening of cases.

• Organize selected national days event in the operational area.

• Convergence with hospitals or other private resources to mobilize specialized services for the community free of cost.

• Project reporting at different levels.

• Ensure the quality of the project implementation.

• Representation at district & state level.
