 REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) TO SUPPLY TABs 

TB Alert India (TBAI) is a non-profit organization committed to achieving a TB-free India, operating in Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Delhi, Haryana, Rajasthan, and Punjab. TBAI supports the National Tuberculosis Elimination Program (NTEP) through active engagement of key and important stakeholders in the fight against TB.

TB Alert India seeks request for proposals from the vendors to supply tabs 47 nos. 

Interested parties are requested to review the attached RFP for the eligible criteria, other terms and condition and application forms. A technical proposal should be submitted as per the form mentioned in the RFP. Please ensure all the information sought is given in the technical proposal.  Financial proposal should include cost for the TABs (per piece), applicable taxes, other terms and conditions should be submitted in the prescribed formats.
