CTC : Upto Rs 5.5 Lakhs

Synergie is seeking a Project Coordinator experienced in implementing grassroots programs, mobilizing communities, and managing stakeholder relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute the project plan for assigned projects, ensuring alignment with objectives and timelines.

• Coordinate and manage resources for project activities.

• Document project progress, outcomes, and challenges effectively.

• Conduct regular visits to project locations, assess challenges, and propose solutions.

• Monitor and oversee data collection from the field to ensure accuracy and relevance.

• Prepare monthly activity reports for review by the Project Head.

• Conduct periodic meetings with field facilitators to resolve any issues related to implementation.

• Build and maintain relationships with government departments and other stakeholders.

• Support the organization in various capacities outside primary responsibilities when needed.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint.

• Strong communication and networking skills in both English, Marathi and Hindi.

• Effective presentation skills and the ability to convey complex information clearly.

• Willingness to travel extensively to project sites.

• Strong interpersonal, facilitation, and representation skills.

• Excellent writing skills in English with a focus on clarity and detail.

• Skilful in file management and e-communication.

Experience Requirements:

4-5 years of experience in project implementation and stakeholder management, particularly in the social sector.

Educational Requirements:

MBA, Master’s in Social Work, Development Studies, Mass Communication, or a related field from a recognized university.
