About Us:
Hemophilia Federation India (HFI) is a National umbrella organization working for the welfare of the Persons with Hemophilia (PwH), a bleeding disorder since 1983. HFI has a network of 100 chapters across 26 states and union territories in the country. HFI works in close collaboration with its chapters, the department of Health and Family welfare of the government of India and the State Governments, World Federation of Hemophilia and many other partners.

Position Title: Communication Manager
Reporting: President and CEO
Location: Delhi (work from office)
Education: bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, public relations or related field.
Experience/ Skills:
A minimum of 3 to 5 years ’experience in a similar role in Media/ Publication/ public health/ technology/ consulting/ data analytics from reputable organisations. Strong knowledge of communication practices and techniques. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
Necessary Skills
1. Creating informative annual reports, Newsletters. Plan and Manage the design, content.
2. Writing content for Website, Social Media, Mailers, press releases, press kits, and related awareness materials
3. Skilled in Designing case studies, success stories, communication strategies, campaigns
4. Content creation & Management on the relevant subject
5. Multi-Tasking
Language Proficiency: English and Hindi
Job Role:
Producing high-quality content that is engaging plus helps generate awareness on Hemophilia Disorder.
Your main duties will also include creating informative content, Newsletters, Annual Reports, Press Releases, Articles, and media opportunities to share our organization's comprehensive approach towards Hemophilia care and treatment. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator, with brilliant presentation and organizational skills.
The key deliverables will include (but not limited to) the following:
Departmental Communication
1. Create informative and interesting press releases, press kits, annual reports, newsletters, case studies and related awareness materials
2. Developing comprehensive content through extensive research for study materials, training modules, posters, social media posts and survey reports
3. Development Communication, Social Media Management, Project Coordination, Content Management, Event Management, and Stakeholder Management
4. Plan and manage the design, content, and production of all collaterals
5. Supervise to guarantee all content is publication ready
6. Work with other departments to generate new ideas and strategies
7. Create communication and marketing strategies for programmes, workshops and meetings
8. Engaging with PR and Media agencies for covering events.
9. Write EC Meeting and AGM minutes.
10. Engaging Case studies stories and articles for magazines
11. Engage and communicate with various stake holders/volunteers like chapter of our organization.
Fundraising Communication:
1. Writing Strong Content for Fund Raising with respect to Vision and Mission of Organization.
2. Writing and Improvising appealing Project Proposal in Coordination with Management
3. Coordinating with Resource/Programs Team in various fundraising offline and online communications.
4. Preparing Social Media Posts/Tweets with focus on Fundraising
5. Keeping regular contact with the media about organization and its events.
6. Preparing Fundraising Materials (Brochure, flyer, etc.)
7. Coordinating with different HFI stakeholders like chapters etc.
