Job Description

We are seeking an experienced CSR Fundraising Officer to join our team at Hope Ek ASHA who has at least 3-5 years of experience in the NGO sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing fundraising strategies,

managing donor relations, and securing Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) partnerships. The role includes identifying potential donors, creating proposals, organizing fundraising events, and ensuring smooth communication between the organization and corporate partners.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute fundraising strategies and campaigns.

• Identify and engage with potential donors and corporate partners.

• Create compelling proposals and presentations for donor and CSR partnerships.

• Coordinate and manage fundraising events and initiatives.

• Maintain relationships with existing donors and corporate partners.

• Meet with corporate partners, present proposals, and negotiate funding agreements.

• Track and report on fundraising performance and donations.

• Manage and report on CSR fundraising performance.

• Work closely with program teams to develop compelling proposals and reports, and with the communications team to promote CSR partnerships.

Qualifications :

1. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in CSR fundraising or a related field.

2. Any Graduate / Post Graduate – Preference having CSR certification if any, MBA / MSW

3. Strong understanding of CSR regulations and guidelines in India. Knowledge of CSR practices and corporate giving programs

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with corporate partners.

5. Proven track record of securing CSR funding.

6. Strong analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to manage and report on fundraising performance.
