Job Title: ITI College Principal

Location: Raikera, Manoharpur, West Singhbhum

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Job Summary:

The ITI College Principal is responsible for the overall administration, academic leadership, and operational management of the Industrial Training Institute (ITI). The role ensures compliance with educational standards, staff development, student growth, and industry collaboration to enhance vocational training outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement academic and training programs.

2. Ensure compliance with government regulations and accreditation standards.

3. Manage daily operations, staff, and resource allocation.

4. Build industry partnerships for job placement opportunities.

5. Oversee student admissions, attendance, and academic progress.

6. Recruit, train, and evaluate teaching and administrative staff.

7. Manage budgets and optimize resource utilization.

8. Organize workshops, seminars, and faculty development programs.

9. Maintain discipline and a positive learning environment.

Qualifications & Experience:

1. Master’s degree in Education, Engineering (B.Tech/M.Tech preferred).

2. Minimum 4 years of industrial experience and 8 years of teaching experience.

3. Leadership experience in an educational institution.

4. Strong knowledge of ITI regulations and vocational education trends.

Skills:

1. Leadership, management, and decision-making.

2. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

3. Financial and resource management.

4. Ability to mentor staff and students effectively.

Salary & Benefits:

Rs 35,000 – Rs 50,000 per month
