1. Manager, Human Resource

Qualification & Skills required: (Minimum 5-year work experience at similar or relevant position)

Educational qualification: MBA (HR)

Location: Ranchi, Jharkhand

Salary: 21-27 k/month (Negotiable)

Skills required:

Excellent communication skills in Hindi as well as English

Proficient in MS Office

Key Responsibilities (Not limited as stated):? Develop and implement policies on issues such as working conditions, performance management, equal opportunities, disciplinary procedures and absence management

Compensation & benefits

Promote equality and diversity as part of the culture of the organization

Responsible for Portal Management Indeed, Monster, Devnet, and HR Email handling

Recruit staff - this includes developing job descriptions and person specifications, preparing job adverts, checking application forms, short listing, interviewing and selecting candidates

Advise on pay and other remuneration issues, including promotion and benefits; undertake regular salary reviews

Plan and deliver training including inductions for new staff

Maintaining Files of personnel’s

Attendance & Database Management

Leave Record/ Register maintain

Day to day liasoning with field staff/ consultant& compliances.

Ensure maintain discipline and decorum in the office

Supervision of files & records of all sections
