Job Summary

The Project Manager for the TB Elimination Programme will be accountable for the planning, execution, monitoring, and evaluation of all activities related to TB control and eradication. This position necessitates collaboration with government health departments, donors, partner organisations, and community stakeholders to ensure the effective implementation of the programme.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic plans for TB elimination in alignment with national and international TB control guidelines.

• Liaise with government agencies, health departments, and stakeholders to ensure program integration with existing TB control initiatives.

• Supervise and coordinate field teams, ensuring the delivery of high-quality TB prevention, diagnosis, and treatment services.

• Manage budgets, prepare financial and progress reports, and ensure compliance with donor and regulatory requirements.

• Conduct capacity-building workshops and training sessions for healthcare workers, field staff, and community volunteers.

• Monitor and evaluate program impact through data analysis, field visits, and stakeholder feedback.

• Advocate for TB awareness and patient support services, ensuring communities are educated about TB prevention and care.

• Represent the NGO in relevant meetings, conferences, and advocacy initiatives.

Qualifications, Experience & Requirement

• Master’s degree in public health, Social Sciences, Management, or a related field.

• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in public health programs, preferably in TB control or infectious diseases.

• Proven leadership and project management skills with experience in managing large-scale health programs.

• Strong knowledge of national and global TB control strategies, policies, and guidelines.

• Excellent communication, advocacy, and stakeholder engagement skills.

• Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and impact assessment.

• Willingness to travel to program sites as required.

• Fluency in Telugu is required.

• Ability to work effectively under high-pressure and challenging conditions.

Remuneration

Bhavishya Bharat will offer an annual package in the range of Rs 5.40 LPA to Rs 6.00 LPA, subject to the candidate's current honorarium and relevant experience.
