Health Educators

1. Ensure one to one and one to group session happens every day on the field.

2. Interacting peer educator on weekly basis for strengthening field operation.

3. Conduct BCC events for the target population at a regular interval.

4. Distribution of IEC materials, Condoms to the peer educator and to the outlet.

5. STI/TB/HIV Case identification and referral for treatment.

6. Send monthly summary report to Project Manager.

7. Mentor and guide peer educator at a regular interval.

8. Maintain all relevant records and report related to Outreach.
