Designation Project Manager (Technical)

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinating cross-discipline team members to ensure that all parties are on track with project requirements, schedules, and budgets.

• Submitting project deliverables and ensuring that they adhere to quality standards.

• Leading a team of developers/ engineers to analyse gaps, conceptualise technical enhancements for addressing the gaps and implement the solution.

• Preparing status reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing relevant information.

• Establishing effective project communication plans and ensuring their execution.

• Facilitating change requests to ensure that all parties are informed of the impacts on schedule and budget.

• Coordinating the development of user manuals, training materials, and other documents as needed to enable successful implementation.

Qualifications:

• A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as information technology, computer science, engineering, or Masters in Computer Application is often required

Desirable Experience:

• 12+ Years in leading technical projects. Experience as a consultant is must.

• Experience as a developer is must.

• Experience in the implementation projects of products will be preferred.

Skills (Must have):

• Ability to develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets.

• Ability to identify, assess, and manage project risks.

• Understanding of Coding practices and ability to solve high level technical problems in conjunction with business teams and developers.

• Familiarity with project management methodologies, such as Agile or Waterfall, and project management software and tools, such as JIRA, Trello etc.

• The ability to lead and motivate a team towards achieving project goals and objectives.

• The ability to work well with others, build positive relationships, and resolve conflicts

Skills (Optional):

• Familiarity with budgeting, financial forecasting, and resource allocation is important for managing project costs effectively.
