Rubaroo Breaking Silences Foundation is a Non-Profit Organization working to fight against Child Sexual Abuse.
We conduct Body Safety programmes for children, Comprehensive Sexuality Education programmes for youth and awareness seminars for the concerned adult stakeholders. We aim to empower children to protect themselves from sexual abuse and provide healing services through counselling and therapy while raising and discussing the issue on a societal platform.
Job Description- Project Head
Purpose of this Position: To manage Rubaroo's programme offerings, supervise a team of officers responsible for programme delivery and promote Rubaroo's work within peer networks, potential school and NGO partners, funders and other relevant stakeholders by participation in offline events and contributing to Rubaroo's fundraising and communication efforts

Key Responsibilities
1.Programmes
-Outreach to schools and NGOs to create buy-in for Rubaroo's services
-Supervising and supporting the Senior Project Officer's efforts to liaise with schools and NGOs to schedule Rubaroo's workshops/ sessions and manage workshop logistics
-Conducting Rubaroo's programmes in schools, NGOs and communities with children and adult stakeholders
-Conducting research in relation to Rubaroo's programmes
-Analysing data documented on the programmes
-Reviewing reports and communications with schools, NGOs and communities on the programmes
-Presenting Rubaroo's findings, insights, and recommendations to schools, NGOs and communities
-Supervising, supporting, scheduling, and conducting first-aid counselling sessions
-Networking with and engaging with relevant stakeholders as required, including representing Rubaroo at events, to promote Rubaroo's programmes
2.Marketing and Fundraising
-Supporting the fundraising efforts of the organisation by assisting with campaigns and events
-Developing and executing Rubaroo's social media strategy, including content/collateral creation and social media promotion
-Drafting Rubaroo's Annual Report and Biannual Newsletters and reviewing
Rubaroo's Monthly Newsletters, containing the details of Rubaroo's major activities, achievements, learnings and to liaise with the relevant internal and external stakeholders to get the information, inputs and material required
3. Human Resources Management
-Advertising vacancies in the Project Officer / Senior Project Officer role, as required, on the relevant platforms and communicating with interested candidates
-Onboarding and training new recruits to the Project Officer/ Senior Project Officer role
-Reviewing the performance of the Project Officers/ Senior Project Officers and sharing appropriate feedback
4. Administration
-Managing the purchase, storage and use of office supplies
Qualifications and Experience:
-Masters in Counselling/ClinicalPsychology/Social work
-Minimum 4-5 years of work experience
Knowledge and Skills:
-Must be fluent in English and Hindi. A fair command over Marathi would be appreciated
-Proficiency in MS Office, Google Suite
-Teaching experience/ workshop facilitation experience would be appreciated
-Require good interpersonal skills and the ability to multi-task
-Should be proficient in all forms of communications online and offline
-Experience managing/leading a team would be appreciated
Major Interactions:
-Would report to the Co-Founders
-Would manage a team of Project Officers and Senior Project Officers
-Would liaise with schools and NGOs for programme outreach and conduction
-Would interact with teachers, parents and children for the delivery of Rubaroo's programmes
-Would interact and engage with other NGOs, sectoral experts, funders, as required to promote Rubaroo's programmes
