Job title: COO

Ability Foundation, a cross disability national NGO involved in advocacy, inclusion & rights, seeks a suitable candidate for a leadership position, based in Chennai.

The ideal candidate should:

• have a post graduate degree in any discipline;

• have at least five years' experience in a leadership role;

• have sound knowledge of the social sector (knowledge of disability issues, especially social aspects, would be an advantage);

• possess problem solving skills and be capable of innovative, out of the box thinking;

• have excellent communication skills.
