Position: Program Coordinator – Partnership & Outreach

Location: Guwahati

Operational Geography: North East India

Starting   date:  Immediate

Number of Position: 1 (One)

Travel: Almost 15-20 days/month 

About the organization: AIC-SELCO FOUNDATION (AICSF) is a Section  8  Company  established jointly by SELCO Foundation and Atal Innovation Mission (AIM), Govt. of India. It has its office at Guwahati, Assam and it promotes entrepreneurship and  innovation  in  the  country  with  special focus on North East. It seeks to provide  management  expertise,  intellectual  capital,  and  hand holding support to enhance the capacity of potential vernacular tech-innovators and enterprises to innovate and deliver clean energy-based solutions to low-income communities in the North-Eastern region of the country. We on-board enterprises of varying sizes and at different  stages  of  their growth. 

Key Responsibilities of the position:

Building partnership with Academic, Scientific, Entrepreneurship Institutions, Government Line Departments, Incubation Centers and other stakeholders.

Preparing road maps for individual partner organizations and managing the partnerships.

Plan and organize outreach workshops for sensitization of stakeholders  for promotion of innovation and entrepreneurship.

Plan and organize innovators’ meet, stakeholders’ meet in different states of North East.

Channel building for scouting and onboarding of tech innovators and Clean Energy Entrepreneurs.

Conducting due-diligence of the probable innovators/entrepreneurs and  prepare  reports and presentations for the selection committee.

Continuously mapping the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Ecosystem in North East India and keeping a track of latest developments in tech innovation and entrepreneurship.

Manage social media handles of AICSF to ensure effective information flow and to write and edit outreach materials.

Any other task assigned by the CEO related to partnership and outreach. 

Qualification and competencies needed:

Minimum graduation in any discipline with 3-5 years of relevant work experience in partnership, outreach or entrepreneurship development.

Experience of working in entrepreneurship, skill, startup, innovation, technology development or incubator network will be preferred.

Strong written and verbal communication skill in English is a must. Knowledge of local languages in North East will be an added advantage.

Working knowledge of MS Office package, internet and social media platforms is a must. Knowledge of database management using excel or power BI will be an added advantage.

Willingness to travel extensively within project area and outside.
