Job Description

He/she will be responsible for for meet hiring goals by filling open positions with talented and qualified candidates. He/ She responsible for the life cycle of the recruiting process. This entails sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating the interview process, and facilitating offers and employment negotiations, all while ensuring candidates have a pleasant experience.

He/She should have excellent communication and written skills both in English and Hindi.

He/She should have a Bachelor's degree in business administration, Bachelor's in Social Work, Master's in Social work, BA in Sociology, MBA in Human Resources.

HE/She should have a excellent interpersonal skills .

Renumeration will be 35k to 40k based on his/her experience and qualification.
