 About SGVV:

Sinduar Tola Gramodaya Vikas Vidyalaya (SGVV) was established in 1978 with the goal of creating prosperous rural communities where education and healthcare are accessible to all, and people can secure their livelihoods through sustainable use of natural resources. The organization's history includes a transformation from addressing the education and welfare needs of underprivileged children to a broader mission of empowering marginalized communities.

Key Accountability:

• Administer field processes, guide project activities.

• Develop quarterly action plans, document processes.

• Ensure adherence to timelines and MIS through monthly monitoring.

• Manage database, implement efficient data entry system.

• Produce detailed progress reports for compliance.

• Coordinate activities, promote collaboration.

• Conduct liaison, implement strategies with government officials.

• Ensure achievement of project goals through effective implementation, supervision, and reporting.

Key Competencies:

• Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, Development Studies, or related field (Master's preferred).

• Minimum 2 years of work experience in project coordination, community mobilization, and capacity building initiatives.

• Familiarity with rural development projects and government schemes.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

• Ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders including community members, government officials, and NGOs.

• Excellency in managing Computer, Emails, MS Office, etc.

• Willingness to travel extensively.

• Proficiency in English, Hindi and Local language.

Remuneration: 26000 consolidated per month (Negotiable)
