Roles and Responsibilities:

• Accurately enter data from defined sources, and share it with donors, including project forms, training reports, surveys, and field observations, into the designated database.

• Conduct regular data verification, field visits, and validation checks to uphold data accuracy and integrity.

• Regularly review and partner visits, and clean data to eliminate duplications and errors, ensuring the maintenance of high-quality and consistent data.

• Organize and maintain both physical and electronic records related to the project while prioritizing accessibility.

• Communicate to the concerned Project Coordinator at the Partner Level in all document-related validation processes before submission to the donor.

• Coordinate with the TRANSFORM project coordinator for any clarifications and doubts.

• Send monthly, quarterly, and annual reports to the Project Coordinator and donor for smooth project functioning related to program and financial activities.

• Obliged to the donor for sending any project-related reports as per the need,

• Assist in training project staff and field workers on data collection tools and methodologies, ensuring adherence to data standards.

• To adapt to changing project requirements and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Skill Requirements:

1. Committed to working for the rural community and strengthening the livestock value chain.

2. Good interpersonal and networking skills.

3. Exposure to handling data management and analysis.

4. Knowledge of Microsoft Office and tools.

5. Ability to work under pressure with strict deadlines.

6. Willingness to work flexibly, outside normal working hours.

7. 40% time travel requirement to field areas.

Qualification:

1. Bachelor's degree in any discipline, with a preference for a master's degree, preferably in Social Work.

2. Other relevant professional qualifications in line with area of specialization.

Experience-

At least 3-5 years of work experience in working in the Social development field or have experience of undertaking documentation-related tasks and responsibilities.

Additional Skills:

1. Committed to the work ethics of the Project and Organisation

2. Good command of English, Hindi, Bengali, and Assamese (preferable however not mandatory)

3. Excellent Interpersonal skills

4. Empathetic Listener and Good Communicator

5. Strong writing skills

6. Problem solving skills

7. Self-motivated and capable of working independently as well as with the team

8. Multi-tasking skills and responsible

Salary- Negotiable based on skills and experience
