Summary of Role
MIS officer will gather, verify, and analyze data to identify patterns and provide actionable help to the origination make data-driven decisions.
Key Responsibilities
MIS officer will analyst gather, verify, and analyse data to identify patterns and provide actionable insights to help origination make data-driven decisions.
Organizes data related to students’ different types of activities. and create reports for management that provide predictions based on analyse data.
MIS officers will collect data from primary and secondary sources, cleaning raw data and eliminating duplicates and errors to ensure that the resultant data is high-quality.
Creates documentation and reports for management to understand and duplicate the data analysis process as needed.
Collaborating with team members to develop and streamline data governance strategies Responsibilities.
Meet with the management, present their data reports, provide actionable insight and then management analyse data sets, verify their accuracy and collaborates with other teams to improve and streamline ways to manage data, also maintain databases and make inferences to help improve the efficiency of the organization’s processes.
Able to collect the job announcement/description - requirements, job details, and specifications from the representatives of each interested organization and share the same with the students - in a timely manner.
Qualification and Experience
Candidate should have a bachelor’s degree in computer science, statistics, or information systems to develop a solid technical foundation needed to work as a data analyst.
Atleast 1- 2 years of experience in a similar role of handling MIS platforms, collecting, organizing, protecting and storing of data.
Expert in Excel – V lookup, data validation, advance formulas, sorting, duplicates /conditional formatting/ co-national formulas/ pivot table report presentation tools – Excel/ Google sheet
Experience in data analysis, data visualization and presentation.
