Implementation Coordinator (02 Posts)
Location: One post for districts of Kolkata, North and South 24pgs, Bardhaman (State of West Bengal) and another post for district of Purnia (State of Bihar)
Essential requirements: Master’s degree in social sciences, health or development field (or equivalent) ? At least 2 to 3 years’ experience in implementing projects, ideally in HIV, sexual reproductive health, FSW, and other such marginalized populations at the district? Establish and maintain linkages with service providers in the district/region. Develop and support the implementation of the weekly and monthly work plan of CBO team. ? With the support of SACS and SR, understand the latest development and update on COVID-19 guidelines and orient CBO staff on the same? Support all staff to develop their weekly and monthly work-plan based on program priorities and targets, Distribute the operational area and clients among the community facilitators for SP & SW? Ensure availability of IEC materials for distribution at the CBO? Undertake field visits to observe the activities in the field and provide handholding support ? Oversee all the M&E activities of the project. Ensure that all the data collected are entered in respective tools on daily basis and verify them on weekly basis to ensure data quality? Provide Unique Identification Number (UID) to all registered clients? Ensure timely preparation and submission of quarterly and monthly reports to SR center? Arrange weekly and monthly meetings with the CBO implementation team to identify key issues in the project and initiate the efforts to address them? Ensure action taken report is submitted within a month for the action points shared by the SR/PR/SACS or NACO after their supervisory visits? Lead advocacy, networking and local resource mobilization activities of the CBO? In coordination with the accountant? Ensure that the financial transactions and expenditure are in accordance with the approved budget and financial guidelines? Identify the capacity building needs of CBO team and arrange in-house training? Collect evidence for each linkage to SP scheme and validate it before it is submitted to the SR?Ability to communicate effectively with government officials, decision-makers, the FSW community, their families, and allies. ? Excellent in writing and verbal communication skills. Fluent in English and Hindi and Bengali. ?The candidate must have adequate computer knowledge. ?The remuneration is consolidated Rs. 20,000/- per month.
