1 Position only female candidate

•Field operation related

o Supporting the Project In-charge in identifying the target SAM children from the finalized blocks/ clusters.

o Monitoring of the SAM children as per the schedule for finalized parameters.

o Counseling of the parents of the SAM children for best practices and other aspects for food and nutrition of the child.

o Ensuring distribution and use of food supplements and hygiene kit to the SAM child.

o Timely providing the request for food supplements to the Project In-charge on monthly basis.

o Preparing all training materials for the trainings planned over the year.

o Training of mothers/ care takers as per plan.

o Supporting the Maternal & child health counselor in monitoring of the pregnant women as per plan.

• Report and documentation

o Ensuring the data entry of the monitoring visit on monthly basis in coordination with the doctor and submitting the same to the Project In-charge.

o Preparing all training materials along with doctor for awareness creation as and when required.
