IT MANAGER at CORO INDIA

CORO India is seeking an experienced and dedicated IT Manager to oversee and manage the information technology infrastructure of our non-profit organization.

The IT Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and secure operation of our IT systems, including hardware, software, network, and data management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the organization's IT infrastructure, including workstations, and network components.

• Ensure the efficient operation of hardware and software systems, performing regular maintenance and updates.

• Implement and maintain security protocols and measures to safeguard sensitive data.

• Manage software licenses, installations, and updates for all organization users.

• Provide support for software-related issues and user training as needed.

• Oversee data storage and backup systems to ensure data integrity and availability.

• Develop and implement data management policies and procedures.

• Provide technical support to staff members, resolving IT-related issues promptly.

• Train employees on IT procedures and best practices.

• Collaborate with IT service providers and vendors for procurement and technical support.

• Manage vendor contracts, service level agreements, and budgets.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. A master's degree is a plus.

• Proven experience of 4+ years in IT management, preferably in a non-profit or similar organization.

• Proficient in Google Workspace Admin, with hands-on experience in using their administration tools and features.

• Skilled in managing Team Shared drives on Google Drive, facilitating efficient file sharing and collaboration.

• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, network security, software applications, and data management.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to provide technical support.

• Knowledge of non-profit sector and understanding of specific IT needs in the non-profit environment is a plus.

• Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in both Hindi and Marathi languages is required.

Desired skills:

• Experience in data management tools/software, processes, maintaining databases, ensuring data integrity and security.

• Familiarity with project management platforms to effectively manage and track projects, and tasks, and facilitate team collaboration.

Location:

This position is office-based at CORO India, located in Chembur, Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

Salary range:

The salary for this role will be based on the candidate's experience and past salary, with a salary range of 40,000 to 50,000 INR. For exceptional candidates, the salary can go up to 60,000 INR.
