Job Overview

Mission Samriddhi works across the country, collaborating with panchayats and other developmental organizations. Given that we work with a plethora of developmental areas, and in geographies that are not very data-collection-friendly, we are faced with challenges regarding data collection, transmission and analysis. The uses for data are myriad, though the primary need is to determine impact of our programmes, and the need for changes in strategy, brought out by such data analysis.

The incumbent will need to work closely with the program teams, to understand the program landscape, and then implement technology and data solutions accordingly. A key area would be to identify processes that need to be digitized for enabling scale, and develop tools and processes for data collection, analysis and management. The incumbent is expected to be able to travel to our locations, interact with ground staff and program leaders so that their needs can be accurately ascertained, and a comprehensive solution arrived at which shall ensure data accuracy, analysis and management for all echelons of Mission Samriddhi. Salary would not be a major constraint for the right candidate, but we are looking at a ballpark figure in the range of Rs. 90,000 per month.

Requirements and Skills:

Post Graduation in Information Technology or equivalent.

Experience of 8+ years, having familiarity with modern databases and IT systems. Some experience in the social sector is desirable.

Analytical and problem solving skills, with an ability to manage multiple projects and stick to deadlines, with a focus on need identification.
