Dignity Academia Foundation is hiring Project Coordinator

Dignity Academia Foundation is implementing an ‘Organisational Development Support’ project for grassroot organisations in Maharashtra.

Requirement:

MSW/ MBA

Minimum 3 to 5 years experience in NGO sector

Willingness to travel through out Maharashtra

Good command over English and Marathi speaking and writing

Proficient in MS Office applications .

Self motivated and Team player

Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Profile:

Communication and Coordination:

Facilitate effective communication among team members and external partners.

Coordinate and conduct meetings, workshops, and events related to development programs.

To manage the day to day activities of the project.

Provide comprehensive assistance in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of development projects.

Collaborate with project managers to ensure smooth execution of programs.

Documentation and Reporting:

Maintain accurate records of project activities, ensuring timely and thorough documentation.

Assist in the preparation of reports for internal and external stakeholders.

Administrative Support:

Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, travel arrangements, and logistical support for project activities.

Manage and organise program-related files and databases.

Honorarium: Will be dependable on the experience and skill set.

Duration: One year
