Designation: Operations Officer
Reporting to: Operations Manager
Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, located in the Bangalore, the Operations Officer provides support to the operations of the organisation. The ideal individual will have the ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations, with strong written and verbal communication, administrative, and organizational skills, and the ability to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
A) Donor Base Management: -
- Drafting reports (fund utilisation reports, etc.) as per the Report Calendar;
- Drafting proposals for donors (individuals, corporates and grants)
- Sending the updates to the donors
- Responding timely to leads
- Lead the collaborations (corporate) wrt donations and volunteering
- Maintain the necessary records of donors as per the compliance requirements
B) Email Management: -
- Acts as the First point of contact for all official communication made with the NGO via its official email id;
- Driving efficiency by organising and maintaining a virtual file system in the drive as per the pre decided nomenclatures and the folder structures;
- Trustee communication.
C) Reports and Communication: -
- Sending reports (newsletter, annual report, global giving, etc.) to the target stakeholder
-Minutes of meetings
-Drafting letters for banks, volunteers, permissions from govt officials, in kind donors, adding logos to pics, etc.
-Updating posts on Social Media about the organisation
D) Compliance: -
- Ensuring all necessary accreditations for the trust are completed like FCRA, Guidestar, etc.
-Ensuring all documents are like 80G, etc are kept in order for any requirement within or outside the organisation
E) Database Management: -
- Database of all stakeholders to be updated for internal records.
F) Event Management:-
-Implementation of Annual Day, Marathon, etc
Qualification
- Bachelor’s/Master's degree in commerce, administration or related fields.
- 3 years to 5 years of experience in operations
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal, English)
- Knowledge of platforms like canva, mailchimp, zoho will be preferred
- A strong grasp of MS Office, Google Sheets, email, etc is a mandatory
- Adept with Social Media
Salary
-Starting Rs.25000 per month.
