Job Description

W are seeking a General Manager (GM) or Deputy General Manager (DGM) to oversee the Business Development and implementation of the Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana (PMKVY), Deen Dayal Upadhyaya Grameen Kaushalya Yojana (DDU-GKY), State projects, RPL. The role involves strategic planning, project management, stakeholder engagement, and ensuring the quality and effectiveness of skill development initiatives.

Responsibilities:

Business development 

Develop and execute strategic plans for all projects.

Manage project implementation, budgeting, and resource allocation.

Foster partnerships and collaboration with government agencies, training partners, and employers.

Ensure quality assurance and compliance with project guidelines and standards.

Lead project teams, providing guidance, support, and monitoring progress. ? Prepare regular reports on project performance and outcomes.

Requirements:

Bachelor's/ Master degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred.

Min 10 years of experience in project management, preferably in skill development or related fields.

Strong analytical, leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Knowledge of government skill development policies and initiatives.

Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.

Willingness to travel as needed for project implementation and stakeholder engagement.

Strong Interpersonal Skill

CTC- Upto 8 lacs

(Compensation package will be in line with qualification, experience and last salary drawn

Open to travel.
