AADHAAR’s developmental interventions are spread in Uttarakhand, Himachal Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh, Delhi and other states with the active resource and technical support of Capgemini, USHA, SIDBI, NABARD, and CSC. Thematically these developmental interventions are based on Digital Skill Building & Vocational Training, Environment & Disaster Management, Education and Governance and Institution Building.

AADHAAR is looking for Associates and Senior Associates based at Noida, Uttar Pradesh for our Innovative STEM- Tinkering, Coding and Robotics Project.

This Project is aimed to establish multiple STEM- Tinkering, Coding and Robotics Laboratories “a practical learning workspace” in various government schools in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India that will help students learn the concepts of Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, Coding & Robotics (STEM) in an interactive, fun way. This will help foster entrepreneurial and innovation skills in these students from their early childhood learning days.

Other objectives of the project include-

• Improve access & quality of STEM education through- robotics, coding education, practical project-based learning

• Enhancing institutional capacity of government schools/administration department.

• Enhancement of skills of teachers to teach STEM, robotics & coding in a more effective way

• Provide students and teachers a platform to exhibit and execute learning through interactive on-line dashboard

• Inculcating interest among girl students about STEM, thereby reducing the gender gap in the society

Core Responsibilities:

• Conduct offline and online STE(A)M classes with students in project schools.

• Develop computer technology, electronics and robotics related projects with schools’ students.

• Develops, design and implement STE(A)M courses and curriculum.

• Design learning activities, dashboards, assignments, and assessments.

• Develops instructor's manuals, rubrics, and other teaching tools.

• Trains instructors, students, and employees in how to use learning technologies.

• Works with technical staff to troubleshoot problems reported by users.

• Managing the Learning and Management Server (LMS) and ensuring its smooth functioning

• Periodic reporting of the project activities to your supervisor/reporting officer.

• Any other task related to the project as assigned by Team Lead/Project Lead/CEO

Prerequisites:

• A minimum B.Tech, BCA, or B.Sc in IT/Computer Science/Electronics/Robotics or related subject from any recognized Institute.

• Desirable Qualification: MCA/ M. Tech from a recognized institution.

• previous experience in STEM education

• Proficiency with learning management systems (LMS) such as MS Teams, Google Classroom, Moodle etc.

• Understanding of web site design best practices

• Excellent project management and organizational skills

• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Hindi both

• Ability to work with multi-disciplinary team

• Ability to learn and adapt quickly

• Available to be based in Noida, U.P, flexible to travel throughout the country and abroad
