Job Overview:

We are seeking a creative and passionate Content Creator to join our dynamic team at LWB. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in enhancing our organization's visibility, raising awareness, and effectively communicating our mission through various content channels. As a Content Creator, you will be responsible for producing engaging and impactful content that resonates with our target audience and aligns with our organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Development:

Generate high-quality and compelling content for various platforms, including report writing (for our ongoing projects) social media, website, newsletters, and promotional materials.

Create written, visual, and multimedia content that effectively communicates the NGO's mission, projects, and impact.

Social Media Management:

Manage and curate content for social media platforms by writing blogs, making posters etc. to increase engagement, followers, and brand visibility.

Stay updated on social media trends and implement strategies to optimize content reach and impact.

Storytelling/Report writing:

Collect and share impactful stories from communities, and various projects to create a human connection with the audience.

Craft narratives that evoke empathy and support for the NGO's causes.

Graphic Design:

Develop basic graphic design elements to accompany written content using tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.

Monitoring and Analytics:

Track and analyze content performance metrics to assess engagement, reach, and impact.

Utilize insights to refine content strategies for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in MSW, Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or related field.

Proven experience in content creation, preferably in the nonprofit sector.

Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.

Proficiency in graphic design tools.

Familiarity with social media platforms and content management systems.

Passion for social causes and a deep understanding of the NGO's mission.
