We are looking for a Candidate for Documentation manager with 5-7 years of experience in development sector or relevant. As a Documentation Expert, we expect you to be up to date with the working knowledge of non government organization. Candidate should have excellent in communication & writing skills and be able to express our NGO’s views creatively.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Developing, managing, coordinating, networking, implementing and monitoring and communication strategy of the organization.
• Developing program resource documents & other learning documents like case studies, best practices etc. digitally or manually.
• Content development and designing of monthly newsletter and handbooks of the organization in collaboration with the secretary, Director, Program Manager, Project coordinators etc.
• Prepare case studies and success stories, quarterly, six monthly, annual activity reports, Documentation policy of all projects as well as, project completion report and timely submission of reports.
• Need based support to project staff in documentation and printing material.
• Content preparation for audio and video documentation of projects.
• Program level process documentation by attending meetings and coordinating the same with field coordinators.
• Preparing annual report of the organization and also to cater the publishing materials like new letter, annual report, content writing and designing of the organization.
• Compiling the documents for sending the proposal and keeping a tack of set of documents for preventing last minute rushes.
• Writing/Reading Proposals, EOI, RFP, Concept etc.
• Screening of NEW Opportunity through different sources.
• Identification of tenders, proposal, bid from online portals and then checking eligibility and maintaining a track for expression of interest.
• Any Other Task which is assigned as per requirement.
Qualifications and Experience:
• Master's degree in rural development or equivalent.
• 3-5 years of experience in the following areas:
1. Documentation
2. Proposal writing
3. Bidding
4. Project experience
• Strong computer skills using Microsoft Office.
Job Location: - Ranchi, Jharkhand

• Knowledge and experience of bidding will be an added advantage.
