Catalysts for Social Action (CSA) is an Indian NGO that works towards creating and ensuring a brighter future for vulnerable children and young adults. We strive to ensure a better future that pays attention to the physical, emotional, personal, spiritual wellbeing and learning of these children.

Over the last 20 years, we have been enabled by our generous donors, supporting partners and volunteers to create a visible impact in the lives of 20000+ children and young adults.

Designation:

Associate or Asst Manager Communications & Partnerships

1. Working closely with the Senior Manager and co-managing all the communications, Retail Giving & partnerships Initiative

2. Responsible for the Volunteer management / Employee Engagement initiatives and all volunteering activities and campaigns at CSA.

Responsibilities :

Plan various retail giving campaigns and excute them.

• Work on ensuring Smooth Partnerships with various stakeholders involved

• Ensure planning, design, coordination, legal compliances, and management of all volunteering initiatives and effectively engage volunteers all year round

• Plan and execute timely, volunteering projects and employee engagement activities with CSA’s CSR partners aligned to the goals of the underlying projects

• Plan and organise volunteer driven campaigns for in-kind donations

• Outreach to different B2B channels like schools, colleges, corporates, and other institutions to source a diverse set partnerships & volunteers

• Coordinate with the CSA team stakeholders to create and identify different opportunities and requirements

• Invest stakeholders in the project and get the necessary permissions and approvals from authorities to conduct the volunteering programs

• Attend and participate in skill-building calls and sessions

• Work closely with Senior Manager and support her with all the on going projects.

Requirements:

• Extroverted and has high energy levels and enjoys interacting with people

• Previous knowledge and experience in managing people and communities

• Sound knowledge of the social sector

• Excellent written, verbal, and telephonic communication skills in English & Hindi

• Good with Ms Office for documentation and tracking

• Good with Canva

• Excellent with planning, co-ordination and execution of events

• Willingness to travel across locations where CSA-supported projects are operational

• Available on Some weekends
