Project Head

Title / Position: Project Head

Reporting To: BYST / CII Director

Location: Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh

Job Purpose:

• Set up operations; establish areas of operation, develop institutional alliances, hire & train full- fledged operational team.

• Draw road map for the entire projects with guidelines for year on year achievements as per commitment.

• Set up reporting systems with government and enable an understanding of our progress to the Government.

Team Size to handle:

Regional/Cluster Head along with 8 – 10 team members

Qualification:

Should be a Postgraduate in any discipline - preferably in management

Preference & Age Limit:

No preference on gender; however, age should be above 45 years

Experience:

• 20 years of experience in the Development Sector; Training capability would be an added advantage.

• Should have worked with experts in Business circles / Government bodies.

• Should have managed teams in cross functional settings.

Minimum skills required – Should possess:

• Good Communication (verbal & written).

• Good Interpersonal & Co-ordination skill.

• Good Analytical & Problem-solving ability.

• Proficient knowledge in MS Office Application software.

• Good Project management skill.

• Mentoring & Coaching skill.

• Professional ethical standards to deliver.

Other essential skills:

• Proven track record of managing large teams (handled managers who lead teams)

• Deliverables / Result oriented

• Should have an exposure to general HR / People Management skill

• Must possess Digital Skills such as MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint, Teams, Outlook, etc), Google mails and knowledge of Collaborative Video tools such as Skype, Google Meet, etc)

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate among the stakeholders, lead Planning & implementation.

• Develop institutional alliances partnerships for finance, sourcing and mentoring.

• Monitor and track costs and build implementing systems and reporting systems for the same.

• Liaison and support team in implementation as per commitment.

• Overall responsible for geographical scaling up-action plan for spread out in order to meet the targeted revenues.

• Plan for & Strategize Business.

• Lead & Motivate teams.

• Coordinate at State Level.

• Induct and maintain resources who support programmes.
