Professional Requirement:

• Graduation with Special B.Ed. for hearing-impaired students.

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in either special education or inclusive school settings.

Additional Requirements:

• Proficient in Hindi and English (both spoken and written).

• Basic knowledge of computer operations including MS Office.

• Ability to develop modules for teachers' training and awareness/sensitization programs.

• Capable of conducting training and awareness programs on disabilities, especially hearing impairment.

• Proficient in basic report writing skills (e.g., case stories, success stories).

• Willingness to conduct occasional home visits for needy students.

• Positive attitude towards mobility within special units and inclusive school environments.

Other Personal Skills:

• Clear communication skills.

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well within a team.

• Adaptability, flexibility, and resilience in dealing with stressful situations.

• Strong belief in the inclusion of children with disabilities in mainstream schools and promotion of gender equity.
