Job Title: Social Media, Video & Graphics Design Coordinator

About us : Sarthak’s unique in-depth and long term interventions in the areas of education, skills and social-emotional learning (SEL) work with marginalised children and young people to bring about deep and meaningful impacts on their lives. We work in urban slums, rural poor communities and government schools to reach the poorest and the most marginalised. We are a young team with more than 100 full time staff. Key Responsibilities :

• Creating video and animation based course content for Sarthak’s e-learning wing

• Designing and creating engaging graphic content for social media platforms such as Twitter, Linkedin, Instagram, Facebook etc.

• Scripting and shooting engaging videos Sarthak’s work

• Collaborating with the communication teams to create cohesive branding and messaging across all platforms.

• Managing and maintaining the Sarthak’s social media accounts, including scheduling posts, responding to comments, and analysing performance metrics.

• Staying updated on the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing and graphic design.

• Creating compelling visual assets for print materials, including brochures, posters, and banners.

You are the ideal candidate if :

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual arts, communication, or a related field.

• Experience in video editing on software such as Adobe Premier and Final Cut Pro

• Experience of handling a camera and good visual sense

• Proven experience in graphic design and social media management, preferably in the nonprofit sector.

• Strong understanding of social media platforms, analytics tools, and content management systems.

• Excellent creative and conceptual thinking skills, with the ability to translate ideas into compelling visual content.

• Passion for social causes and a commitment to the mission of the NGO.

• Portfolio showcasing previous graphic design and social media projects is required.
