Project Manager will be responsible to provide directions, guidance and support to a team consisting of Asst. Project Manager, Coordinator, Community Volunteers, etc. He/She will build partnership and linkages with Govt. Department,private sector, civil society organizations, banks and other stakeholders as per the requirement of the organization. He/She will support the Senior Programme Manager-North East as and when required and direction given.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Ensure convergence with departments.
2. The Project Manager would be the key person at the state level responsible for the initiation, implementation & overall management of the program.
3. He/she will lead, manage and motivate the team and ensure that they have clear objectives and receive meaningful feedback on their performance.
4. The position will be responsible for identifying linkages, new partners and potential organizations as required. Laisoning and coordinating with Government Departments, INGOS, local partner organizations working on NRLM, Health & Research, Community development networks and other stakeholders.
5. He/she will oversee and ensure timely and qualitative and quantitative documentation of this entire phase of project implementation –prepare monthly reports, training reports, quarterly reports and final reports.
6. Ensures that sustainable development project goals are being clearly understood and the assignments are meet as per the project goals. Creates and nurtures an environment that emphasizes motivation, empowerment, teamwork, high standards, innovation and continuous improvement and a passion for providing service
7. He can handle the project management life cycle and Responsible for successful implementation of all project interventions.
8. Liaise with the local government Office and other stake holder for regulate update them about the progress of the programme. work closely with community.
Eligibility Criteria for Education, Experience and Skills:
1. Masters’ Degree in Social Work / Development Studies/Business Management/ with the relevant experience of 8-10 years and above.
2. Broad learning and engagement background with experience of working for a global organization in the field of Rural & sustainable development of Livelihood projects.
3. 8-10 years of proven experience in the successful development and delivery of Project Management.
4. Excellent verbal & written communication in English, Hindi as well as local languages .
• Localites of Arunachal pradesh (Papum Pare) , or have worked in Arunachal will be given preference.
• Must Have the local language knowledge i.e- English,Hindi
